Production Requirements For Underfloor Heating Pipes

According to national and international product standards, the raw materials for producing plastic pipes and plastic fittings for cold and hot water must be pipeline specific materials that have passed the qualification judgment through testing in accordance with GB/T18252-2000 "Plastics Pipeline Systems - Determination of Long term Hydrostatic Strength of Thermoplastic Pipes by Extrapolation". That is to say, each raw material manufacturer must create a creep failure curve that meets the predicted strength reference curve according to the floor heating pipe product standard in order to prove that the sold raw materials are qualified. Conducting only one point of thermal stability test under static hydraulic pressure at 110 ℃ and 8760 hours cannot prove whether the raw material of the pipe is qualified. If the raw material product is not known to be qualified, it is equivalent to cement without a certain grade, and the strength of use cannot be determined. No matter which type of pipe is used for laying floor heating, only by using raw materials that meet the requirements of product standards, and producing qualified pipes with reasonable production equipment and processes, and through correct design, installation, and use, can the service life of plastic pipes for floor radiation heating be reliably guaranteed to be fifty years.
