The production process of PE pipe production line, including shear quality, may affect its practical application. PE pipe cutting is the basic process of manufacturing pipe fittings, including pipe cutting, mouth cutting, punching, and cutting.
Pipe shearing is an independent process of stamping. Compared with sheet cutting, due to its own shape characteristics, the process measures taken to prevent the pipe wall from being flattened during the cutting process are more complex, and higher requirements are put forward for mold design and manufacturing. Compared with mechanical cutting, PE pipe cutting has faster processing speed, higher production efficiency, and is suitable for mass production.
When installing PE pipes, be sure to find professional technicians. After installation, it is necessary to conduct a pressure test. The pressure test is generally conducted under 1.5 times the water pressure, and there should be no water leakage during the test. Before connecting PE pipes, the pipes, fittings, and auxiliary equipment should be inspected according to the design requirements, and visual inspection should be conducted on the construction site. Only after meeting the requirements can they be used. The main items to be inspected include pressure level, external surface quality, matching quality, material consistency, etc.
According to different interface forms, corresponding specialized heating tools should be used, and open flames should not be used to heat pipes and fittings. The pipes connected by fusion welding method should use pipes and fittings of the same brand of material, and those with similar performance can be tested and qualified before proceeding.
Before connecting PE pipes and fittings, they should be left at the construction site for a certain period of time to ensure that the temperature of the pipes and fittings is consistent. When connecting in cold climates and windy environments, protective measures or adjustment of the connection process should be taken. When connecting, the pipe end should be clean, and each time it is released, the pipe end should be temporarily blocked to prevent debris from entering the pipe.
